Dojo Taiko Course [Evening]

Course Description

The Dojo Taiko course is suitable for both complete beginners & improvers, and takes you step by step from the basics right through to learning a full performance piece, guided by experienced instructors in a friendly & supportive atmosphere. Taiko drumming is uplifting, fun and is great for teamwork & stress relief! The course runs in 8-week blocks throughout the year on Wednesdays at 6:30pm - 8pm at our dojo in South Lanarkshire, and each block we start afresh from the fundamentals, and then learn a new piece of repertoire. The final session will be a "sharing night", where friends & family are welcome to come along. A 10 % discount is available for under 30s and those on low income support. All equipment is provided (drums & bachi drumsticks). Please arrive wearing loose & comfortable clothing and shoes. A water bottle is a good idea too! We look forward to welcoming you!
