Uneme Taiko
An unmissable special event, bringing
together UK's touring taiko group Mugenkyo and members of their
premier teaching centre Mugen Taiko Dojo, with one of Japan's most
exciting young groups & silver medalists in the all-Japan taiko
competition - Uneme Taiko.
In March 2011 Fukushima suffered one of the
worst nuclear disasters in history, with the earthquake, tsunami
& subsequent radiation causing devastation to communities in
the region.
Survivors of this tragedy and award-winning
taiko players Uneme Taiko now come to Scotland to join with Mugen
Taiko in a cross-cultural collaboration and a celebration of
life.
