Wednesdays 6:30 - 8:00 pm - Kitsune Daiko
This is a performance piece based on the uplifting and playful "shichisan" rhythm,
named after the "kitsune" fox, popular in Japanese traditional folklore.
Wednesdays 8:15 - 9:45 pm - Mitsu-uchi
In this course we will be delving further into the Fukui style of playing from the
West coast of Japan, learning a new set of solos (different to the previous 2 courses), and further developing your "bachi sabaki" movement. This course is more suitable for those with experience although newcomers still welcome.
These courses will form part of a series of courses running regularly throughout the year. Take your taiko playing to the next level with "Taiko Night"!
