Huge Japanese drums, over thirty drummers, thundering rhythms & raw energy…exploding into the BIG BANG!
The Big Bang is the annual concert of the Mugen Taiko Dojo, a celebration to showcase the teaching work at the Dojo.
Taiko Academy who train regularly at the Dojo work all year towards this performance, which provides the opportunity to display their new pieces and techniques learned in the year. |
As part of the concert, new recruits Project Taiko and regular class Taiko Night also perform their repertoire learned through the course of the winter months. With supporting performances by the teachers at the Dojo – members of Mugenkyo Taiko Drummers, and usually a few surprises too! |

The Big Bang takes place annually in February / March.
